What To Know Before Your Appointment
Our goal is to keep the booking process personal, clear, and straightforward while also protecting reserved appointment time. Below you will find the most important details about appointment confirmation, card on file requirements, our cancellation policy, and what to know before your visit.
Confirming Your Appointment
Appointments are arranged directly with the studio by text, phone, WhatsApp, or other direct communication.
Because appointment time is reserved specifically for each client, we may reach out in advance to reconfirm your appointment. If we contact you to confirm your time, please reply promptly so your appointment can remain finalized on the schedule.
Cancellation Policy And Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours may be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
This policy exists because Ellebrow is not a high-volume studio, and appointment times are reserved in longer blocks for a limited number of clients each day. When a cancellation happens on short notice, that reserved time is often difficult to refill for another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
Rescheduling requests are handled individually when possible, but changes made within the 48-hour window may still be subject to the cancellation fee.
Card On File
As your appointment approaches, we may require a card on file in order to confirm and hold the reserved time.
The card is not charged when it is submitted. It is kept on file to secure the appointment and may be charged only if the cancellation policy above applies.
Missed Appointments And Unconfirmed Bookings
If we do not receive confirmation when requested, or if a client does not arrive for the scheduled appointment time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment.
In those situations, a cancellation fee may apply.
Before Your Visit
Arrival details, studio instructions, and any appointment-specific guidance are typically provided before your visit.
If you are running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Depending on timing and the service booked, late arrival may affect whether the appointment can still be accommodated that day.
